Your caregiver records care, vitals and observations through the day. Blood pressure, sugar, oxygen, pulse, temperature, meals, medicines, sleep — all logged, all visible to you.
When you test with us, we upload a copy of your report and enter every value ourselves — test, result, unit, normal range and date. Your results become a trend line you can read at a glance, not a folder of PDFs.

Every caregiving plan includes a doctor check-in every two weeks. The doctor reviews your loved one's MiTrack record, speaks with you, and updates the care plan as needs change. It's part of what you pay for — not an extra — so you are never left wondering whether what you're seeing is normal.

Your data is used to deliver and improve your loved one's care — never sold, never used for advertising, never used for any commercial purpose.

Mitra is led by Dr Sanjay Kumar K A (MD, Anaesthesiology), our Medical Director, who oversees all clinical care, and Rahul B S, who runs operations. We started Mitra because families kept telling us the same thing: finding a caregiver was hard, but not knowing what happened after they arrived was harder.
