How do I book Caregiving?

Choose a Caregiving offering, pick the patient, address and start date, and confirm. A caregiver is assigned before the first shift.

How does Physiotherapy booking work?

Pick an hourly session between 09:00 and 17:00 from tomorrow onwards and pay online to confirm.

How do I book Diagnostics?

Choose a test, a collection date and a window; pay online to confirm. Reports appear in the booking once published.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Open the booking in My Bookings. Reschedule sends a callback request; cancellation is a request MITRA confirms.

Payments and refunds

Caregiving is paid offline and recorded by MITRA; Physiotherapy and Diagnostics are paid online. Refunds are handled by our team.

Privacy

You control what is shared. Doctor sharing needs your consent on the booking; you can stop it any time.
