Enhanced Daily Care
A higher level of everyday support for patients who need more than routine caregiving.
OverviewWhat this service is
Enhanced Daily Care is designed for older adults, recovering patients and people with ongoing health conditions who need assistance with daily activities along with closer observation and basic health monitoring. The senior caregiver follows the patient’s personalised care plan, supports their routine and watches for changes that may need attention. The patient’s routine, medical condition and day-to-day needs are assessed before care begins. The caregiver follows the individualised care plan and reports relevant changes so support can evolve as the patient’s needs change.
